Applying commercial principles, this workshop helps you to identify your existing processes, systems and assets that with strategic, creative application could ultimately be used to generate new income streams and make cost savings for your department. It will help you to view your operations with fresh eyes.
Using a ‘solutions-focused’ approach you will identify and articulate strengths and assets in your business or department that you may have been overlooking. You will then focus on building personal and team strategies to leverage these assets with a view to generating income.
You will need an open mind, a willingness to think creatively and a commitment to contribute and work with others to apply the frameworks provided in the taught aspect of the course.
