Richard Beresford is the Director of the Centre for Creativity and Enterprise Development (CrED) at Oxford Brookes University where he also leads the Business Innovation and Enterprise pathway. He previously helped establish and manage the Enterprise Centre at Brookes Business School and within this role has worked with numerous business organisations, both public and private, helping to develop more creative and entrepreneurial cultures. In addition to Brookes, he has taught entrepreneurship at the Universities of Warwick, Oxford and Durham.  Richard promotes creativity and enterprise throughout a broad range of bodies: as a member of the Tenon Research Forum Think Tank, and within a variety of regional and national bodies including Enterprise Educators UK,and the Higher Education Entrepreneurship Group. Richard is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD
